I believe you deserve to feel good, and actually be happy with your body. So...
STOP eating with your emotions!
Eating sweets, and cakes, and "comfort" foods will NOT make you feel better. In fact, it will make your emotional problems worse!
Eating sugary foods….will make you crave more sugary food. White bread, whole grain bread, cereal, pasta, pop tarts, chocolate, candy, wine...
DId you know sugar can be just as addictive as cocaine?
Stop lying to yourself. You really do not NEED these foods- your emotions may be the ones craving them, but unfortunately they will not fix your emotional problems. (darn)
Don't give up these foods because its the right thing to do and then go back a week later and start eating them again. Give these foods up when you're ready to not be dependent on them anymore. Sugar is a drug, the more you eat it, the more you will want it.
I've been there before…it's so much brighter on the other side when you are free from this!
